Therapy: Individual, Group, Couples, Family, Crisis Supervision: Individual, Face to Face Electronic Supervision, Phone Supervision, Group Supervision. Supervision available to LSWs (Licensed Social Workers) and LGSWs (Licensed Graduate Social Workers). Accepting the Following Forms of Payment/Insurance: Clients interested in self-pay are welcome. Also, a sliding fee scale is available. If there is an interest in a sliding fee scale, proof of income may be required to determine sliding fee.
